Case description

Age is just a number, and quality of life is essential regardless. On his 70th birthday, he decided to come for a check-up, with unrecoverable, significantly damaged teeth, all with indications for extraction.

Due to the limited prosthetic space between the arches, the only viable options were fixed restorations, with exclusive All-on implant support. We opted for 6 maxillary implants, 4 mandibular implants, provisional during healing, and final metal-ceramic restorations, with occlusal balancing.

We restored all lost functions and, perhaps most importantly, restored our patient’s smile.
