Complex cases require multiple disciplines to achieve an optimal result — and the key is communication between those disciplines. The entire restorative process began with a fracture of central incisor 11, which triggered a complete oral rehabilitation: provisional stages, orthodontic treatment planning, and replacement of the lost tooth with a dental implant, followed by prosthetic treatment and final occlusal equilibration. Implant placement and provisional restoration, along with soft tissue management, were coordinated with the orthodontic treatment to achieve optimal aesthetic results.

The prosthetic phase was approached minimally invasively, using feldspathic ceramics based on a pre-established design created by the laboratory and validated by the patient. At approximately one month post-op, we have stable soft tissues, no signs of inflammation, and a transformed, natural and harmonious smile.
