This case started from the patient’s dissatisfaction with a maxillary lateral incisor that had an old crown which was not aesthetically or functionally integrated, as well as the overall appearance of the teeth in the smile — slight asymmetries, irregular edges and areas of dental wear.
We created a 3D digital project (wax-up) which we tested with the patient, clearly establishing the shape and dental volume we wanted to achieve at the end of the rehabilitation.
Preparations were limited to enamel where we placed veneers, and we reconstructed the dental stumps where crowns already existed and the tooth had been prepared.
We opted for a premium ceramic with maximum optical qualities, for a natural appearance of the smile and a global but discreet change. The final result is in harmony with the facial features and the aesthetics of the face.
